In addition to his surgical commitments, Parminder is also an Honorary Senior Lecturer at Monash University in Melbourne, Director of Orthopaedic Research and Education at Eastern Health and is on the Editorial Subcommittee for the International Society of Hip Arthroscopy.
Dr Zicat has an interest in hip and knee implant design and is involved in ongoing evaluation of current and future implant technologies.

Associate Professor Ek is a hand and upper limb surgeon who specialises in the treatment of degenerative, inflammatory and traumatic conditions involving the hand, elbow and shoulder.
