This Fellowship is aimed at orthopaedic surgeons wishing to gain post Fellowship training in hip and knee arthroplasty techniques and approaches, with exposure to revision surgery.
The Fellowship encompasses learning the direct anterior approach to the hip; assessing patients before surgery for suitability for this procedure; following them through rehabilitation; undertaking outcomes research; and observing a variety of hip arthroscopic procedures.
This is a pure research Fellowship to work with our Research Committee on a number of ongoing studies. The Fellowship is deigned to develop the academic career of a highly motivated individual though multidisciplinary orthopaedic research on multiple research projects.
Mr Evans specialises in shoulders and knees with his practice encompassing all facets of knee and shoulder surgery, with particular interest in shoulder instability syndromes and rotator cuff surgery.
