Orthopaedic Fellowship Information

The Fellow will be exposed to all aspects of hip and knee arthroplasty surgery including new
 robotic innovations. The Fellow will undertake supervised arthroplasty and arthroscopy surgery at St John of God Hospital Midland one day per fortnight, assisting both supervisors for complex revision cases, suitable teaching cases and robotic arthroplasty surgery. There is also a fortnightly trauma requirement.
There is an opportunity to undertake approximately seven joint replacement, arthroscopic and trauma cases per week as the primary surgeon dependent on assessment of ability.
